Your information.

This notice covers early-access requests on the Koan website. Updated October 4, 2026.

What we collect

If you request early access, we store your name, email address, company or brand, role, optional notes and the time you gave permission to be contacted. A hashed network identifier helps us limit repeated requests; we do not store the raw IP address with your signup.

Why we use it

We use the details to manage interest in Koan, understand prospective users’ needs and contact you about early access. Joining the list does not create an app account. We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

Requests are stored with the service providers used to host Koan. We keep them while they are useful for managing early access, unless you withdraw your request or ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can withdraw your request, ask for a correction or request deletion by emailing jessewatts99@gmail.com.

The Koan application

The application has its own privacy policy and terms. This website also loads a typeface through Google Fonts.
